Three days to nail both targets: 44K steps AND 30K meters. Miss either, lose everything.
How it works
-
1
Hit the goal
Reach 44,000 steps + 30 km in total before the challenge ends. Your activity adds up across the whole window.
-
2
Join any time
Jump in before or during the challenge, right up to the end date. The finish line is the same for everyone, so the sooner you start, the more time you have to reach it.
-
3
Your steps count automatically
Connect a data source and your steps update on their own. No manual entry, no screenshots.
-
4
Win your share
Everyone who hits the goal splits the pool equally. The $12 pool is guaranteed, and if entries exceed it, it grows even bigger. It's not a race, finish and you win.
What you need to participate
Steps challenge
- • Distance only counts from RECORDED workouts. Passive phone-in-pocket distance is not accepted.
- • Use any app that records workouts and writes them to your phone's health data.
- • Manually starting a workout app? Remember to actually tap Start and Stop. Forgetting will mean no data.
- • A wearable is strongly recommended for the most accurate GPS and distance readings.
- • Open the Stride app on your phone to finish connecting your data sources. Tracking runs in the background through Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect.
