What you need to participate
Steps challenge
- • Your phone tracks steps automatically. No setup required beyond connecting Stride to your phone's health data.
- • Carry your phone with you during the day for the most accurate count.
- • Wearable users: steps from your wearable count too once they sync to your phone.
- • Open the Stride app on your phone to finish connecting your data sources. Tracking runs in the background through Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect.
