Hit the goal
Reach Most active time wins in total before the challenge ends. Your activity adds up across the whole window.

Join before it starts
Join before the challenge starts. Once it's live the doors close, so get in early.

Record your workouts
Only recorded workouts count (start one on your watch or fitness app). Passive phone-in-pocket activity does not. A wearable is strongly recommended.

Top finishers win. The higher you place, the bigger your cut. See the prize tiers below.
What you need to participate
Duration challenge
- • Active time only counts from RECORDED workouts.
- • Use any app that records workouts and writes them to your phone's health data.
- • The clock counts while a workout is running. Pausing the workout pauses the count.
- • A wearable is strongly recommended for accurate session timing.
- • Open the Stride app on your phone to finish connecting your data sources. Tracking runs in the background through Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect.
